5. Ceremonies and Rites of Passage

6. Bookings and Payments

Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

Appointments and ceremonies are confirmed upon receipt of payment where applicable.

Phaxsi Uma reserves the right to adjust pricing, offerings, and availability without prior notice.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of Phaxsi Uma.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of an appointment may not be eligible for a refund.

In exceptional circumstances, arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis.

If Phaxsi Uma needs to cancel or reschedule a session, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

8. Confidentiality

All personal information shared during consultations, healing sessions, ceremonies, and correspondence will be treated with care and confidentiality.

Exceptions apply only where disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious concern regarding safety and wellbeing.
